Faith Comes By Hearing...

Forgiveness, Deliverance, Belief

What Jesus Christ accomplished with His death on the cross and His resurrection from the dead is very, very radical. Those that proclaim this good news are often considered radical – even among other Christians. The pacification of today’s Christian is a result of two thousand years of yielding to the lust of the eyes, the lust of the flesh and the pride of life. The fact of the matter is: the salt has lost its savor. We are called to be soldiers in a war and soldiers must fight. God has made a way for us but we must meet certain conditions: "If your sons keep my covenant and the statutes I teach them, then their sons will sit on your throne for ever and ever." - Psalm 132:12. We are told that we must endure sound doctrine and endure to end in order to be saved. We must endeavor to learn from God what this walk is all about and how to truly enter into the promise of the Spirit. He has offered us His forgiveness and He makes a way for our deliverance, which is something that we as individuals must go through in order to be made free. Then we are able to press on through into higher levels of actual belief in what has been accomplished and what our part in this process is.
