Summer Gathering 2014 - Registration Instructions

For this summer’s gathering we have 2 ways to register on our web site.

 

1.) Register for the conference only - no room reservations:

Step 1: Go to the event registration page: https://omegaministries.org/Events/Home/Register?eventId=8 

 

Step 2: Fill in the number of adult names registering at that time. (Call Barbara to register children ages 4 – 12 for a lower $50 fee).

 

Step 3: Do not check the ‘I need accommodations’ option.

 

Step 4: Click CONFIRM REGISTRATION

 

2.) Registration with room reservations

 

*Note: You have the option to come in 3 days before the conference and stay 3 days after the conference with the same room rate. There will be no tax added to Accommodations.

 

 

All of the room reservations will be made by one person designated as the ‘room leader’. At the time of making the room reservation, you will need to pay at least 1 adult registration fee and 1 night’s deposit per room booked. You may register as many as you can at this time as well as booking as many rooms as you would need.

 

The Room Leader’s Responsibility will be as follows:

  • Make Room Registration on the Omega Ministries website www.omegaministries.org
  • Make Payments on the Omega Ministries website.
  • Pick up the room keys at the Omega Registration table upon check-in.
  • Call in to ask any questions that you may have.
  • The room keys will be assigned as “Resort Cards Only”. This feature will offer attendees all the amenities of the resort, but will not allow any charges to be posted back to the room. Therefore, individual credit cards will not be required from each Room Leader.

 

Please get together with the people you will be sharing a room with and turn in one Registration Form.

 

The first night of your accommodations must be paid in full to register your room. Payment due dates are as follows:

  • 1st Payment (room registration): On or before March 15th, 2014
  • 2nd Payment: On or before April 30th, 2014
  • 3rd Payment: On or before June 15th, 2014
  • Final Payment: On or before July 18th, 2014.

 

There will be a limited amount of room accommodations per room category. Rooms are offered on a first come, first served basis.
Room Leaders are only responsible for booking room accommodations and making subsequent payments. Individuals/families should complete the conference registration form and pay registration fees on their own.

Step 4: Select rooms and dates

 

Step 5: Immediately after completing this initial room reservation your confirmation page will have a link to a Google form form on which you will include the names of everyone staying in the room(s) you book and other information that we’ll need for the resort. The link reads: ‘Click here to fill in mandatory resort form’. When you click the link, you will be redirected to the Google form that you will fill in.  This is what you should see:

Your confirmation page will be accessible from your original confirmation email and also when you are logged into our web site you can click Accounts…Conferences and Event History to see your confirmation page.

 

The confirmation page will also have a button labeled: MAKE A PAYMENT OR CHANGE THIS RESERVATION. Click that button to launch the payment page where you can make your additional payments or change any room reservations. If you do ever need to make any room reservation changes be sure to confirm them with Barbara beforehand. If any refunds are needed they will have to be handled by us separately.
