The Industrious Women's Network is a 501(c)3 nonprofit based on our desire to give back. Having obtained both our undergraduate and graduate degrees, we found a lack of professional resources catering to all women in all career fields. The biggest of these resources is mentorship! Therefore, we have developed a systematic mentorship program proven to produce outstanding results in preparing college women to achieve their goals after college.

Maximum productivity is accomplished through strategic systematic design. We have three IWN Learning Series which will systematically progress you through the network and empower you to achieve your career and personal goals.  

Engage in the Time Management, Resource, and Networking Workshops to increase your weekly efficiency and productivity, to learn about the various on-campus, online, and organizational resources, and to build and establish a business network.

Plug into the Resume Building, Career Profile, and Interview Workshops to learn about the foundational steps needed to gain practical hands-on experience in your desired career to be fully equipped for life after graduation.

Build your professional network by engaging with established career professionals in various types of fields. Attend networking events and experience opportunities of job shadowing and mentorship.
